Sting - Concert information

[Updated: August 12, 2001]

06-07-2001 / Milano / Idroscalo Park / ITALY
Support art: Mothership, Jeff Beck.
This show was supposed to be performed at the Ippodrome del Galoppo, but a few weeks in advance it was moved to Idroscalo Park, near
the airport of Linate and at the side of the small artificial lake called Idroscalo.
During If I Ever Lose My Faith In You Sting called Chris to sing a line with him and while singing it, the band all stopped playing. Leaving his voice alone. Chris was so embarrassed that he started laughing and suddenly got away from the centre of the stage. Everybody laughed, starting from the band to the technicians. Chris kept on laughing for a long time.

I believe the information on this page is pretty accurate, but please contact me when you found any errors or when you have any additional information about this show.
Also let me know when you have any kind of memorabilia (concert tickets, flyers. concert posters, photos and reviews).
Have you ever attended a concert of The Police, Sting, Andy Summers or Stewart Copeland? Please send me the information and thereby help to enlarge the Concert Achive.
