Support act: Kids In The Kitchen, Sunnyboys, Australian Crawl, Bryan Adams.
Attendance: 60,000.
Before Synchronicity I: "Well, we saved the best till last. Ok Melbourne, let's go".
Before Walking On The Moon: "I remember the first time we played in Melbourne. It was a boxing ring. There wasn't 50,000 people there tough. Is the moon out tonight?".
"I just look at the list. Spontaneous show we do. Oh yes, this is called Wrapped Around Your Finger".
Before Invisible Sun: "I feel terrible today. I have a flu". At the end of Invisible Sun Sting sang a few lines of Wouldn't It Be Loverly from "My Fair Lady".
During Can't Stand Losing You: "This is the last night of our tour. The last night in Australia. What I want you to do next is very important to me. I want you to sing so loud and so long that thy hear you in fucking Sydney".
During So Lonely: "I'd like to thank our roadcrew for being loyal, outstanding and a lot of fun. Big hand for our roadcrew please. On the guitar Andy Summers. Dolette, Michelle and Edna, come on, big hand. On the drums Stewart Copeland. Thank you Melbourne. See you again, one day".
